Types of Employment

We offer various employment models to accommodate different working styles and needs:

1. Full-Time Employees

  • 40-hour workweek (flexible hours)

  • Assigned to one or more internal teams

  • Hybrid or remote depending on role

2. Part-Time Employees

  • Custom hours agreed upon per role

  • Limited but targeted benefits (e.g., wellness stipend, paid holidays)

  • Often used for specialty roles or contributors

3. Contractors / Freelancers

  • Short-term or project-based engagements

  • Paid hourly or by project milestone

  • Not eligible for employee benefits

  • NDA and contract agreements required

4. Interns

  • Typically 8–12 weeks, paid or academic credit-based

  • Offered in design, marketing, product, and development

  • Assigned a mentor and project deliverables

  • May lead to permanent positions


Hiring & Onboarding Process

Step 1: Application

Submit your resume and any required portfolio or writing samples through our Careers or LinkedIn page.

Step 2: Interviews

Includes a mix of HR, team leads, and task-based assessments.

Step 3: Offer

If selected, you’ll receive a formal offer letter detailing:

  • Job title and description

  • Salary or hourly rate

  • Work arrangement (remote/hybrid)

  • Start date and onboarding steps

Step 4: Onboarding

You’ll receive a full onboarding kit including:

  • Access credentials

  • Team directory

  • Role roadmap

  • HR documents for payroll and compliance
